Bob Hebert joined our sales team in 2001. Bob is a native of Maine and after completing college, he began his career in Maine as a high school English teacher. After a few years of teaching, he seized the opportunity to buy a dairy farm in Vernon, NY and spent the rest of his working life running the family farm and raising a family. After the kids were through with college, Bob decided to retire from farming and do a few things he had always wanted to do. One of them was to see the United States on a motorcycle so he spent the better part of a year traveling through the US. As he wrapped up his travels, he returned to Central NY to find an opening for a salesman at a local Harley-Davidson dealer. Bob enjoys riding his 2002 Low Rider® and an annual motorcycling vacation that brings him out through the upper Midwest and the Rocky Mountains.

Joe DePalma is a native of Herkimer, NY. Soon after graduating from Syracuse University, Joe found himself working for a startup computer manufacturer called Mohawk Data Sciences or MDS. After MDS, he spent a few years in Florida but eventually returned to Central NY and to his career in manufacturing working as General Manager of a local tool and die firm. Deciding on a career change, Joe came to work with us and try the retail side of business. For many years a motorcycle enthusiast, Joe says his “avocation became his vocation” when he came to work at Harley-Davidson of Utica. Joe’s ride, which he is a self-described fanatic about, is a 1999 Heritage Springer® Softail® on which he proudly displays nearly every accessory in the Harley-Davidson catalog fitting that model.

| Elaine Brunet is a native of Utica and has been with Harley-Davidson of Utica since 1992 when it was still in a little corner of the Don’s Ford service & parts department. Then, the staff numbered about 5 people and everyone did a little bit of everything. As Harley-Davidson of Utica grew, Elaine gradually focused more and more on the sales end. When we first moved into a separate facility in 1993, Elaine managed the sales department of which she was the only employee. Today, Elaine helps our customers with their motorcycle financing needs as well as our specialized programs for extended service plans, motorcycle insurance and most important of all, vehicle delivery. You can reach Elaine at 315-797-5570 x224 or by email at elaine.brunet@hdutica.com |
