"I recently had to stop in because my new Sportster Forty-eight was leaking oil during a ride from Springfield, MA to Syracuse, NY. Fortunately I was close to Utica so I stopped in. The service writer (very nice young lady) was extremely helpful she got a service tech. He took one look at the bike, pulled it into the shop, within minutes he told me what he planned to do to fix the problem. I was told it would take about an hour, I got a cup of coffee and your service writer checked up on me a couple of times to keep me informed and sure enough in less than an hour I was on my way. We warranty all new parts and accessories we install on your motorcycle for a full year or 12,000 miles. If it fails, we will replace it - at no charge to you - parts and labor. It's not something we just say here - that warranty is written on every receipt we hand to our service customers.
On every major service, the Harley-Davidson® technician assigned to work on your motorcycle will perform a complete system check of your motorcycle. We print a copy of the results and provide them to you so you know your motorcycle is in top running condition. Only an authorized Harley-Davidson® dealer has the proper equipment to completely check your Harley®. |  |
