"On June 21, 2008 I purchased my second bike from HD of Utica. A 2007 Street Glide(what a ride!!!!). A couple of hours before delivery on June 25 I was informed of a "snag". The entire staff worked their tails off to clear everything up and I was able to take delivery of the bike the very next day. "In March the wife and I went to H-D of Utica because a friend told me about the store. We went down to purchase 2 2008 Sportsters for the wife and myself; our first bikes ever. From the moment we walked in the store we were treated like customers and our opinions mattered. When we were approached by our salesman (Rich), he listened to what we wanted and made sure that was what we got, including a walk through the warehouse to pick out our bikes. From the initial contact to the finally closing on both the bikes he was with us every step of the way. I would have to say one of the best experiences we have had shopping, either for bikes or cars. We went back down again in April to see about purchasing another bike for our son. Again, we were able to deal with Rich, would have to say the fastest purchase process going. In 35 minutes he got what we wanted, made sure it fit, and included a test run (didn't know that was possible at bike dealer). The boy loved the bike and we are currently waiting to set the pick up date. I would have to say the best hands down customer service and satisfaction is truly H-D of UTICA's number 1 concern.

"Bought my '98 Lowrider from you folks that same year. 45 minutes after I took her "home" she was squished by a friend of mines elderly father with his pick up truck. I called you folks with the bad news and the boss himself came out to Constantia to pick it up. Ins. refused to replace with a new one so you folks rebuilt it new frame, forks, tank etc. I ended up hospitalized multiple times and rode very little between 10/'98 and 10/'00. Over that time period y'all bought the bike back at a very decent price! Why I bought the current scoot elswhere is beyond me. I guess the money I had in my pocket was burnin' a hole in it. I was healthier than I'd been for a very long time and by '03 I couldn't get back in the saddle again soon enough. I've had to learn the hard way what folks in these parts had warned me about. North and south of me has been nothing but headaches, delays, and many more things I can't express well enough without cussing every other word. The best service and treatment I've had on the east coast is from Utica Harley Davidson. "

"I have been to many Harley-Davidson dealerships all over the east coast and I just purchased my second Harley from Doreen and Bill at Harley-Davidson of Utica. Let me tell you it was a pleasure. I traded in my 2004 Sporty for a 2006 Electra Standard and both Bill and Doreen made sure I was happy from the start. The majority of Harley-Davidson dealers still have that take it or leave it attitude. The folks at Utica are very customer service driven. I was allowed to test ride before purchase(Yes, a test ride at a Harley dealer!) and I must have spent two hours with Bill and Doreen and neither one of them rushed me once. I would recommend Harley-Davidson of Utica to anyone, and when I am ready to trade up again, that is where I will go.

"Last year(2005) my friend financed an '01 Sportster Hugger on my behalf. We have had the Hugger almost a year and it fits me like it was made just for me.
Your sales folks were totally awesome and very accommodating to our needs. Your sales folks in motorclothes and at the parts counter for accessories are friendly and have fantastic public relations expertise.
Your prices are exceptionally fair and well worth the trip.
We have nothing but great things to say about H-D Utica and recommend you to everyone, you are definitely worth the trip, no matter how far.

Liz is a wonderful person, we adore her.

"This is late in coming. but I have dealt with Bob Hebert in the purchase of two new motorcycles, a Dyna Glide Sport in 2002 and a 2005 Road King last year. In both cases, Bob was extremely helpful, and I'm sure his personal comments on my trades, which only he saw at my home before purchase, were responsible for getting me more than "book" and more than offered by other dealers. After valiant attempts, Bob and the staff were unable to get the Road King delivered to me before the 1.5% increase in sales tax last year. However, without my even asking, they reduced the total price, AFTER the deal was already made, so my net cost was the same!
Last fall, when I was considering taking advantage of one of the "Big Bore Kit" winter sales, I was uncertain which kit to go with. Bob's knowledge and research convinced me to go in a direction other than the one I was leaning toward, and I am totally satisfied with the result.
The above actions show a true dedication to the customer. "
